# 台灣入境AI放大鏡

> 免費 AI 輔助工具：上傳行李／商品照片，對照台灣海關與防檢署相關規則，判斷可否攜帶入境台灣。非政府官方網站；分析結果僅供參考，最終以現場人員判定為準。

English name: Taiwan Entry AI Customs Scanner (ai-customs).  
Audience: travelers preparing to enter Taiwan who want a quick check on food, medicine, tobacco alternatives, and other common luggage items.  
How it works: upload a clear photo (product front and full ingredient label when possible) → AI identifies the item and compares it with Taiwan entry rules → returns Allowed / Prohibited / Limited with reasons, related regulations summary, and risk / fine notes. Results can be shared via SEO-friendly URLs under `/result/{slug}`.

Judgment labels:
- Allowed: generally permitted under the cited rules (still subject to on-site inspection)
- Prohibited: should not be brought in
- Limited: conditional / quantity or declaration limits apply

Important disclaimers:
- AI output has no legal force. Final decisions are made by Taiwan Customs and BAPHIQ officers on site.
- If unsure, use the Red Channel (紅線檯) and declare before inspection. Voluntary declaration / using agricultural product disposal bins usually reduces “undeclared” penalties, but declaration is not an approval to import and is not a blanket immunity.
- “Allowed” from this tool does not guarantee the item will not be confiscated.

Common high-risk categories (not exhaustive): meat and products containing meat; fresh fruit and vegetables; plant seeds; e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products (host, liquid, sticks, accessories — fines can be high). Instant noodles and snacks often hinge on whether meat packets are dried/freeze-dried vs refrigerated non-sterilized meat. Always check the ingredient label.
